It is a myth that cultural transformation is the last resort for enhancing performance and growing profits. People are like children. They must be constantly reminded how they are expected to behave. Transforming culture is therefore, absolutely, the first resort that an organization/its leader must take to. And, always, first attempt with what will work for your organization. Not with what you want working!
