It is a myth that cultural transformation is the last resort for enhancing performance and growing profits. People are like children. They must be constantly reminded how they are expected to co-exist and work together. Transforming culture is therefore, absolutely, the #1 priority for an organization/its leader. And, always, first attempt with what will work for your organization. Not with what you want working!

1. What they can do
2. How they can, and must do it
3. What will they get when they do it
4. That they a have role to play in shaping their own and each other's destiny!
